COLEEN and GREGG

I had the pleasure of spending October 10th, the most popular date to get married this year, with Coleen and Gregg. After a church wedding, we headed off to Mount Saint Joseph’s Academy, where Coleen and all her sisters went to school and mom Diane still works.  The weather broke and we were able to use the lovely grounds for our formals.  The reception was held at The Commodore Barry Irish Club, which is a favorite of mine.  Not only is it right around the corner from my studio in Mt. Airy, but it has a wonderful neighborhood community feel.  Makes you want to get out your clogs and do some Irish dancing! (don’t worry, I didn’t!)  The last time I was at The Commodore Barry Club was for Mariama and Sean’s wedding, another favorite of mine.  Coleen smiled the entire day and you could just tell her energy was contagious.  Have a wonderfully happy life together Coleen and Gregg, and don’t stop smiling!!

Jen and Chris were married on November 18 at Normandy Farm.  I have known Jen for almost 18 years as one of my corporate photography clients.  I was thrilled when she and Chris asked me to be part of her special day.  It’s hard to focus when you get teary and emotional!!  I also photographed her maid of honor Debi’s wedding several years ago so it was wonderful to see everyone again. Many thanks to my photo friend Heather Fowler for second shooting with me.  Jen and Chris are back from Quebec now and I can’t wait to catch up on the honeymoon details. Here are some of the highlights of the wedding.  Don’t forget to watch the slideshow at the end of this post.
